We decided to try just wiping his lip with a wet paper towel instead of a wet wipe or washing with soap. No swollen lip (but he also didn't get any on his lip). They say the skin is the last organ to 'remember' the allergen and not react, so we still have to be cautious about it getting on him.
He did great today and had no problems! He wasn't nervous at all going into it.
